Meet the Principal

I feel very privileged to have been able to take over the reins of LifeForce health solutions from Monica who I believe has done an incredible job of founding and managing this unique practice over a period of almost 30 years. Monica’s vision is something I hope to build upon as my wish is to continue her good work for years to come, both for our clients and the larger community.

With over 15 years of experience in physiotherapy and sports injury management, I am passionate about creating a place of wellness and healing where people can access exceptional care provided by fully qualified and experienced therapists within an environment that is welcoming, caring and nurturing.

I have a keen interest in sports injuries and injury management in general as it provides me with opportunity to apply in-depth clinical reasoning based on my years of experience in general physio practice. This understanding I believe assists me in guiding clients towards success in their individual pursuits whether this means getting back to work, sports or normal activities of daily living.

In the early phase of my physiotherapy career I worked in hospital settings and gained experience in the management of general musculoskeletal conditions, including pre- and post-operative orthopaedic, neurological and cardiac conditions.

I look forward to continuing in my role as treating physiotherapist as I very much enjoy working with clients, but I will also be wearing a new hat – that of managing and mentoring staff, aiming for continuous improvement in order to provide a quality experience across the unique range of services available at LifeForce health solutions.
